For rubber parts, MOCAP CMG offers a wide range of materials including Silicone, Natural, EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile, SBR and VitonŽ. Special compounds may be available depending on your product's performance requirements. Each material offers varying suitability for low and high temperatures, electrical insulation, flexibility, strength, abrasion and resistance to specific chemicals.

Plastic Materials
MOCAP CMG currently injection molds the following types of resins:
HDPE, LDPE, PVC, TPE, TEEE, Polypropylene, Nylon, Glass-Filled Nylon, Fasal, DuraStarŽ and SantopreneŽ.
Additional resins will be considered upon request.
